ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

- Own and develop a defined sales territory, driving revenue growth and expanding the customer base
- Build strong, long-term relationships with General Dentists, acting as a trusted advisor
- Use a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Educate customers on industry trends and support them in transitioning to modern, digital workflows
- Present and demonstrate innovative solutions, highlighting their value and business impact
- Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to unlock growth opportunities
- Monitor performance, identify new opportunities, and proactively drive results
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, clinical, and support teams to ensure customer success

WYMAGANIA:

- 3–5+ years of experience in sales (ideally within medical, dental, or B2B environments)
- Proven ability to manage a territory, build pipelines, and close deals
- Strong consultative selling mindset and customer-centric approach
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with internal teams
- High level of motivation, ownership, and results-driven attitude
